RUSH: What Obamacare is effectively doing is transforming the 40-hour workweek to a 30 hour workweek. Now, how does that help the middle class? Well, as this health care law is implemented, companies have been downsizing their staffs, or they have been converting full-time employees to part time so that they do not have to pay them health care benefits.
